In this fast paced time that we live lot of people have lost themselves and their daily routine kills them even more.

So In this race all what you need is to ‘stay motivated’, ‘stay calm’ and ‘live your life’.

We complain that “I do the same thing everyday, There is nothing new, I am pissed of”

In this article I am going to share some easy tips as to how to do your daily activities with a twist. Along with some truly inspiring quotes.

  • Rise with a smile. 🙂

The most important thing to chase your dreams is to ‘Wake up’. Yes, Smile because you are alive. The wonderful thing has happened to you. You’ve got one fresh new day to live, to chase your dreams, to do what you love. Be thankful, look yourself in the mirror and smile.

If possible you can also try to meditate, practice yoga in the morning which is of great help to release stress.

  •  Walk

Walk not to exercise but to emphasize on things you ignore daily and surprise yourself with it.

The sad part here is that when I see people walk or jog in the road or park I notice their face full of worries, deep thinking of oneself and rushing towards something.

So firstly choose to walk for sometime either while going to work or coming back home or as an exercise and observe the things around you. Feel your presence on the earth.

  • Do what you love

Engaging in work of your interest, increases your productivity and makes you self confident.

Most of us are not lucky enough to do or work for what we love. It is not a problem if we are not able to do but it is very important that we spend some time doing what we are interested in.

Remember “You are what you do”. If you feel that the work you do is boring, you will end up being a boring person as well.

Ask yourself “Would I do this if it would have been my last day of my life?”

No matter what work you are doing. At least make some time everyday for the work you love and one day you will do what you love.

Don’t ignore the voice of your heart. Listen and act immediately.

This is the greatest gift we individuals have with us.

We work all day with one of the major objective in mind and that is “To give a better life to our family” But we forget that there is something else that can be given to them and that is our presence. We often realize that time spend with family is priceless but we still ignore it. And at last we are able to make time at funerals.

The best way to relax is going back home and having good food with your family.

These are some of the most simple ways to bring a change in your daily routine.

In this fast paced life lots of people have just lost their main objective of life. As a result What we are doing is just Surviving. Our daily activities help us to just survive. We have forgotten that life is not to survive but live.

The most sad part is that sometimes the survival also seems to be difficult because of physical and mental problems.

We are in a big world with short life . So, people choose to live your life rather than just surviving.

How can we choose to live?

Living here means to love your life, live the way you want to, aiming for happiness and not just pleasure and stay in peace.

1. Love yourself

No matter how busy your schedule is, make time for yourself. Take good care of your diet and your health.

2. Feel your presence on earth

It is good to spare some time to observe the beautiful nature which will definitely heal you. Plan for some amazing trips or do the unplanned ones like sitting near the seashore, walking, watching the sunset etc.

3. Do what you love.

This is the main step towards gaining a life with purpose. We all have got some or the other talents and we love to do it as we feel best. But this seems to be difficult sometimes because of many reasons. But it is great if we are able to spare time in our daily schedule for the work we love.

4. Spend time with your loved ones.

Love is what we look for. And touch of our loved ones is what heals us many a times. Therefore, spare some time when they need you and when you need them.

The need for survival makes the survival more difficult because we are mentally and physically tired. Furthermore if we choose to live we choose happiness and this is what will make this world a better place.
